Our Returns Policy
At ICockCage we do our very best to make sure that you receive the very best quality chastity devices, but mistakes happen and sometimes you might change your mind. If that’s the case, please don’t worry as we operate a 30 day returns policy.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you’ve just placed a new order with us, changed your mind and now wish to cancel the order please message us immediately via our contact us page. Please include the order number in your message so that we can cancel the order and refund your payment straight away.
Mistakes happen. Alternatively, you might change your mind about what you want. We completely understand this and we’re very happy to work with you so you get the perfect chastity device for you.
If you’ve received your order and it’s not quite what you want or if it doesn’t fit you we’re willing to exchange your order for something different or a different size. For US orders we charge a 7$ exchange fee to cover the cost of us sending the new device to you. Please message us before returning your order to discuss this with us.
Please include following in your message:
- Your order number
- The model number of the device and size you’d like to exchange it for
Once we receive this information we’ll email you a PayPal payment request and the address to return it to.
Please make the payment then return your order. Include a note in the package stating the same details you provided to us via email, your name and delivery address.
Once we receive the payment and the original order back we’ll dispatch the new device and email the tracking number to you.
How to return your order for a refund
If you’re either not happy with your order, it doesn’t fit or you’ve just changed your mind please send us a message via the contact us page and include the following:
- Your order number
- The reason you’d like to return the order
- Tell us if you’d like to return the order for a refund or exchange.
Once you’ve sent this information
Please include a note with the return stating all of the above information, which we’ll need to process your refund.
We require all items to be returned to us unused and in the original packaging. All items are checked before we process any refunds and we’ll message you if any issues are identified.
All return postage costs must be paid for by the buyer and we would highly recommend that returns are sent to us using a tracked service.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 1-2 days of the order arriving back to us, but please message us if you haven’t received a confirmation that this has been done after a few days. We get very busy during peak times of the year and it does sometimes take us a little longer. Your patience is greatly appreciated and our apologies in advance if that happens to you.
