However, in some cases, due to insufficient inventory, we may need to air freight the cages directly from the supplier, which may take about 12 days to deliver the cages to you. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your cage as soon as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you don’t like the item after receiving it, or if the size doesn’t fit or feels uncomfortable, no worries — we support returns and exchanges within 30 days.
In addition, all of our products come with a 1-year warranty. If any damage occurs under normal use, we will replace the item for you free of charge.
