It’s decent, just lacking in some aspects. This cage is definitely not suitable for those who don’t know their ring size or for individuals with unusual sizes.
I encountered issues with the cage slipping off, but reducing the size further would affect blood circulation, so I ended up purchasing some chains online. I can insert the chains into the two connecting rods, and it works remarkably well.
The cage itself is sturdy. Considering the price, I find it acceptable. Some reviews mention concerns about the penis slipping out from the front, but I haven’t experienced that issue at all.

Fits well. Alot better than a plastic. You might have to go to youtube to figure a part or 2 out but once it’s on its not uncomfortable
