Perfect fit, very confortable even with such a small cage; I chose 45 mm ring size. Absolutely zero swelling, don’t even start to get hard; and no problem with cage pushing out at least so far (no belt); no problem with hypersensitive bits sticking out; no problem peeing but remember girls have to wipe 😉 This replaces a plastic one I got that turned out to be too flimsy; cold hard steel that won’t flex is the perfect solution here. The lock is a bit fiddly because it’s on the left side but once it’s on no worries. 5/5 so far
